Most refrigeration breakdowns give some warning first. Dirty condenser coils, worn seals and small refrigerant leaks all make equipment work harder until something gives. Regular maintenance helps your equipment run efficiently, hold temperature and last longer. We can set up a maintenance schedule that suits your business. We recommend quarterly servicing for commercial systems.
Coastal conditions
Salt air and humidity are tough on outdoor condensing units. Keeping coils clean and checking for corrosion is part of keeping commercial equipment reliable near the coast.
Breakdowns
If your cool room or fridge is not holding temperature, call us as early as you can. We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, and will do our best to get to urgent refrigeration breakdowns quickly. After hours work is available by arrangement.

What should I do if my cool room stops working?
Keep the door closed as much as possible, check the power and the controller display, then call us. If you have somewhere else to move high risk stock, do that first.

We recommend a quarterly service for commercial systems. Busy kitchens may need extra attention.
